Sound Waves

Sound waves are measured in wave lengths, they have a crest and trough, to measure the wave lengths you count how many troughs there are. The amplitude is how high the wave is and the larger the amplitude the louder the sound. The more waves there are in a specific time the higher the frequency and pitch.
With speech there are lots of present frequencies but we hear the most dominant one. |
